ALA Missouri Girls State 2024: January update

The American Legion Auxiliary Missouri Girls State will be held June 22-29, 2024, at Lindenwood University in St. Louis. Sponsorship packets are available at www.MissouriGirlsState.org/Sponsorship-Packets.

What is the deadline?

ALA MGS (and MBS) are encouraging students to apply by the early acceptance deadline of Jan. 31. Early acceptance allows the committee to help units review applications quicker and find more funding for the program. Students may still apply until the final acceptance deadline of April 3.

How do we know who has applied?

Send an email to headquarters@missourigrislstate.org and we can send you digital copies of any student's application from high schools in your area that you wish to sponsor students from.

Can we fund other students to attend?

Yes! ALA MGS has many communities that do not have a connection with the Auxiliary or Legion. We are looking for additional financial support that is "unrestricted" to represent citizens in other schools.
